After listening to the explicit lyrics of the remix of Birthday Cake, it’s understandable why people are aghast by the musical reunion of Chris Brown and Rihanna.
I mean, after the nasty Chrianna-gate scandal a few days over three years ago, to hear these two serenade each other in such a sexually charged song gives in to the rumors that Breezy is definitely eating Rihanna’s cake!
I’d be lying if I wasn’t biting my lip blushing by the salacious lyrics, but who else would be a better candidate to remix Birthday Cake but Chris. That seems like the ultimate gift for Rihanna, doesn’t it?
The song is almost like a continuation of what they had going on. Personally, I don’t think they ever had closure because their relationship never really came to an end…it was dramatically paused… but it never ended.
Have you ever been in a relationship like that? Where you just part but never really said goodbye? Good bye is finality…closure. A crazy dangerous young love like that is not easily overcome.
